Abstract:
تهدف الرسالة إلى استنباط طرق دقيقة وحساسة لتحليل بعض الأدوية المؤثرة على الجهاز الهضمى فى صورتها النقية و فى بعض أشكالها الصيدلية وقد شملت الدراسة مركبات تيمونيوم ميثيل سلفات, ترامادول هيدروكلوريد, بانتوبرازول صوديوم, أليزابريد هيدروكلوريد, إيتوبرايد هيدروكلوريد, تراميبيوتين ماليات, أوندانسيترون هيدروكلوريد. وتنقسم الرسالة إلى أربعة أجزاء رئيسية حيث تشتمل على مقدمه عامة عن المركبات المذكورة وتتضمن تعيين بعض الأدوية باستخدام كروماتوجرافيا السائل ذات الكفاءة العالية .وكذلك تم استخدام فانادات أمونيوم و كاشف الروز بنجال وأيضا عنصر النحاس و صبغة الإيوسين فى تقدير بعض الأدوية بطريقة طيفية. كما تتناول الرسالة استخدام قياسات التوصيل الكهربي بإستخدام كل من الروز بنجال ورينيكات الأمونيوم و حمض الفوسفوتنجستيك في تعيين بعض الأدوية.
