Abstract:
تهدف الرسالة الى استحداث طرق تحليلية دقيقة وحساسة لتحليل بعض الأدوية التي تعمل على العضلات الملساء، وهى مركبات ألفوزوسين هيدروكلوريد, ميثيل دوبا, سيلدينافيل سترات, تيربوتالين سلفات, تولتيرودين طرطرات, و فاردينافيل فى صورتها النقية و فى بعض أشكالها الصيدلية أو فى السوائل البيولوجية. كما تم عمل تقييم الاخضرار لكل الطرق المستحدثة في الرسالة بثلاث طرق. تنقسم الرسالة إلى ستة أجزاء رئيسية حيث تشتمل على مقدمه عامة عن المركبات المذكورة وتتضمن تعيين بعض الأدوية باستخدام كروماتوجرافيا السائل ذات الكفاءة العالية .وكذلك تم تحليل مركب ألفوزوسين هيدروكلوريد باستخدام التحليل اللصفى و فولتامترية الجهد التفاضلى باستخدام أقطاب مختلفة. كما تتناول الرسالة تطبيق تكنولوجيا النانو فى التحليل الطيفى و الكروماتوجرافى لتعيين بعض الأدوية.
