Development of green differential pulse voltammetric strategy for the determination of alfuzosin hydrochloride at pencil graphite and modified carbon paste electrodes

Abstract:
دراسة السلوك الكهروكيميائي لمركب ألفوزوسين هيدروكلوريد باستخدام الفولتامترية الدائرية. و تم تطبيق طريقة قياس فولتية سريعة وصديقة للبيئة لتحديد هذا المركب في صورته النقية و في الأقراص الصيدلية و السوائل البيولوجية. حيث تم اقتراح فولتاميترية الجهد التفاضلي للتقدير الكمى باستخدام قطب كربونى معدل بجل السيليكا وقطب القلم الرصاص الجرافيتي والتى تعتمد على أكسدة المركب على سطح الاقطاب المستخدمة. و تم الحصول على أفضل استجابة كهروكيميائية عند قطب الجرافيت الرصاصى من حيث الحساسية العالية و سهولة الاستخدام.
