Abstract:
Abstract This research dealt with explaining the methodological features of the researcher in religions, which have a great impact on the study of religions and dealing with their people. These features were represented in the following: Defining names (terms), setting hypotheses, predicting, measuring, providing arguments and evidence, collecting information, observing and clarifying, requesting testimony, giving examples, rational reasoning, deduction, scientific experiment, consultation, dialogue and debate, learning by situations, induction, and scientific honesty, Objectivity, not antagonizing opponents, not generalizing judgements, abandoning debate, avoiding whims, evaluating and discussing evidence, and learning about the behaviors and psychology of others. There are other characteristics, which we have not discussed in detail, which are: the love of knowledge and the desire to learn, the ability to communicate, a comprehensive outlook and patience, reading into the history and civilizations of nations, accuracy and concentration, memorization and not forgetting, the ability to create the literature of dialogue and listening to others, the ability to express Expressing ideas in sound, eloquent language, and accepting opinions, whether negative or positive.
