The research aims to developing a project for recreational activities at the Youth Welfare Department in some Egyptian universities in the light of sustainable development. This is done through the axes (human, environmental, economic, social). The researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of the research. The study was conducted on sports specialists working under the auspices of youth in some Egyptian universities. Their number is (3) Egyptian universities, and they are (Zagazig - Banha - Tanta). Their total number is (140) sports specialists and specialists for the academic year 2022/2023 AD. The researcher drew (30) female and male specialists sponsored by youth representing the research community outside the basic research sample in order to find scientific transactions (exploratory sample), then the researcher selected the basic research sample (100) male and female sports specialists sponsored by youth. Then the researcher excluded (10) mathematicians for not completing their forms, and the researcher used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The most important results were: 1- The university provides development programs and meetings to support the human development of its students. 2- Students represent the center of attention of the university and its various organs. 3- There is coordination between the Department of Youth Welfare in the faculties and the general administration of the university to find out all the work that is being implemented and to overcome all the difficulties. 4- The university cares about security, safety, aesthetic and civilized appearance. 5- Work is being done to develop the surrounding environment inside and outside the university through public ser
