The most important results were: 1- A measure of the quality of recreational services in some sports clubs, which includes (4) main dimensions distributed over (74) items as follows: - The first dimension: material and human capabilities. And the number of his phrases (31 phrases ( - The second dimension: the technical, health and environmental requirements of the club. And the number of his phrases (21 phrases ( - The third dimension: trust and reliability in recreational services. And the number of his phrases (14 phrases) - The fourth dimension: beneficiaries of recreational services. And the number of his phrases (8 phrases) 2- Recreational services enjoy a high level of satisfaction for the beneficiaries of recreational services to achieve quality indicators in relation to material and human capabilities, technical, health and environmental requirements of the club, and confidence and reliability in recreational services.
