The research aimed to identify the attitudes of faculty members in water sports epartments towards employing e-learning to increase the quality of the educational process for students of faculties of physical education in Egyptian universities, and the researcher used the descriptive approach following the survey method on a sample of (50) faculty members in water sports departments in faculties of physical education, and research tools: Questionnaire of faculty members' attitudes towards employing e-learning - expert opinion poll,The researcher used the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient. Among the most important findings: 1- The attitudes of faculty members in water sports departments towards employing e-learning (the use of the Internet and educational platforms - designing electronic courses - using evaluation methods for e-learning - e-learning management systems) to increase the quality of the educational process for students of faculties of physical education came to a medium degree. 2- The attitudes of faculty members in water sports departments towards employing e-learning to increase the quality of the educational process for students of faculties of physical education in Egyptian universities came to an average degree in general. Among the most important recommendations: 1- Preparing the infrastructure (devices, tools and computer laboratories and a high-efficiency Internet) to apply e-learning in water sports departments to increase the quality of the educational process for students of faculties of physical education in Egyptian universities.
