This research aims to create an educational site on the international information network and its impact on learning the cognitive and kinetic aspects of water polo and to know its effect on the level of skill performance, cognitive achievement of experimental group students, and to identify the differences between experimental and control groups. And the researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (10) female students of the fourth group, a swimming instructor in the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Zagazig University. They were divided into two groups, and the other a female officer of 20 female students. Research tools include: IQ test - assessment of the technical performance of some water polo skills - physical tests - cognitive testing - computer. Statistical methods used: Arithmetical mean - standard deviation - median - torsion coefficient - T test - simple correlation coefficient - improvement ratios - Ka 2 test. Among the most important results: The experimental group used (electronic learning) is superior to the control group that used the traditional method (verbal explanation and practical model performance), which indicates the effectiveness of e-learning and its effect on water ball skills learning.
