The research aimed to use the electronic lecture through an educational site to learn rescue skills in swimming and know its effect on reducing the anxiety of the exam and the level of performance of some rescue skills in swimming (freestyle distance 50 m - Back Brest distance 25 m - side swimming distance 25 m - swimming and head outside the water distance 25m - diving and swimming underwater - pulling the doll - standing in the water - pulling the associate a distance of 25 m - holding and pulling the "doll" 25 m - directed by the associate), and the researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (50) student third division "specialty swimming" Faculty of Physical Education Girls - Zagazig University, were divided Li two groups, one experimental and the other officer strength of each (25) students. Some of the research tools are: Exam Anxiety Scale, High Intelligence Test, Evaluation of the Performance Level of Some Rescue Skills in Swimming, Educational Program Using the Educational Site. The most important results are: 1- Designed an educational website on the Internet to learn the skills of rescue in swimming for students of the Faculty of Physical Education - Zagazig University. 2- The use of the educational website on the Internet positively affects the reduction of the anxiety of the exam and the level of performance of some rescue skills in swimming under consideration. 3- The traditional method (verbal explanation and performance of the practical model) contributed in a positive way in learning the skills of rescue in swimming for students of the control group, while there is no positive impact on reducing the severity of exam anxiety. 4- Increase the effectiveness of electronic lecture on the Internet on the traditional method (learning by orders) in reducing the anxiety of the exam and the level of performance of some rescue skills in swimming under research.
