The research aims to exhibit and discuss the development of the College of Engineering academic regulations during the 25 years from 1987 to 2002, when several fundamental amendments were made to the academic regulations, including the introduction of new curricula and changing the ratios of lectures, exercises, and laboratory sessions, and establishment of new departments. The research shows the extent of development that has occurred in the College of Engineering academic regulations since its initiation until 2002, which keeps pace with university development in international educational institutions.
