The research deals with the negligent error arising from domestic violence against children, as domestic violence against children has become one of the things that have spread in society in a dangerous and frightening manner in recent times, and this is not only at the local level, but it is one of the most important issues that concern global public opinion as well, and there are many The reasons for this violence and its types, there are physical, psychological and sexual violence, all of which represent mistakes committed by parents against their children, and result in many damages to them, and therefore the research is exposed in its four chapters to show the availability of the corner of default for parents about crimes of domestic violence against children. The research concluded with a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which are: that domestic violence has multiple motives, including psychological, economic and social motives, and that one of the forms of violence is lack of health care for children, lack of children’s education, trafficking, female circumcision, early marriage, and sexual abuse of children such as sexual harassment Rape and child sexual trafficking, and that all forms of violence result in many harms, whether physical or psychological.
