The research deals with the right to use surveillance cameras and its effect on the right to the image, as the modern era is witnessing a remarkable expansion in the use of surveillance cameras, as many individuals, companies, institutions and shop owners tend to use them due to the security or regulatory advantages they achieve. However, despite the importance of using surveillance cameras, this use may directly affect rights and freedoms, which leads to the user's liability, when they are used in a manner contrary to the purpose of their use, such as their use in attacking the sanctity of the private life of others, or their right In the picture, therefore, the research plan was divided into an introductory topic in which I dealt with what is meant by surveillance cameras and their importance, and the first two chapters dealt with the controls of the use of surveillance cameras, and the second deals with the effect of the use of surveillance cameras on the right in the picture, and the study ended with results and recommendations, the most important of which are the following: - It is possible to infringe on the right to privacy and the right to photograph by using surveillance cameras, unless they are used in the public interest.
- The Egyptian legislature recommended drawing up a law that regulates the use of surveillance cameras.
