Aproposed vision For Developing the Specific Education To Meet The Needs OF the Labor Market in Egypt in light of fourth industrial Revolution “Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University modle” Abstract: The search objective to identify the reality of the role played by the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University, to meet the needs of the labor market in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Specific education in general and the Faculty of Specific Education in Zagazig in particular. The research relied on the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire tool, and the number of its phrases was (41 phrases), and it was applied to a random sample of (70) members of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University. The research concluded that the reality of the role played by the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University to meet the needs of the labor market in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution came to a low degree through the responses of the sample members, and one of the results of the research is the college’s lack of keenness to open new programs that keep pace with modern life imposed by the industrial revolution. Fourth, the lack of interest in providing prizes for scientific research that addresses societal problems with creative solutions, and the lack of financial support for research. Most of the curricula are characterized by not modernity and not developed. Therefore, the researcher developed a proposed vision for the development of qualitative education to meet the needs of the labor market in Egypt in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
