The current research aimed to find out how to develop adult learning and education policies in Egypt, in order to keep pace with the fourth industrial revolution. This research belonged; by virtue of its objectives and nature, to educational policy analysis researches, where two of its most prominent methodologies were used: the descriptive analysis methodology, and the comparative analysis methodology, and this research used one of the qualitative tools used in conducting these researches, which is the documents analysis tool, moreover, this research used the descriptive method; in order to achieve a number of his objectives. The research had reached several results, among the most prominent of them were: The multiplicity and diversity of the strengths and challenges that faced keeping up with adult learning and education policies in Egypt for this revolution, but the dominate and Actual influence were in favor of the challenges, as they had a negative impact on the reality of this accompaniment, and The European Union has made great efforts in putting and developing adult learning and education policies in the member states, which were capable of keeping pace with this revolution, and the positive reflection of these efforts on the reality of these countries’ participation in this type of education and its keeping pace with this revolution, which has emerged in its occupying advanced ranks in indicators, reports and surveys related to this field. In the light of these results, the current research put forward a suggested vision for a policy of adult learning and education in Egypt, that is capable of keeping pace with this revolution, by taking advantage of its positive repercussions and avoiding its negative repercussions and the positive and effective impact on its paths.
