Abstract:
This research deals with the study of the numerical solution of the mixed Volterra-Fredholm integral equation with singular kernels in position and time. The existence and uniqueness of the mixed integral equation were studied using the Banach fixed point theorem. The researchers first applied the separation of variables to convert mixed integral equation in position and time to Fredholm integral equation in position only. Then the researchers applied Boubaker method to find an approximate solution to Fredholm integral equation
