University education in Egypt suffers from many problems that affected it and led to its inability to perform the tasks desired from it, and then it required searching for a proposed solution to face all these problems, and then the current study aimed to monitor the reality of university education in Egypt in order to stand on Its problems, and developing a vision of the proposed solution to confront some of these problems, as the study included two axes, the first represented a presentation of four problems of university education, and the second axis represented a set of proposed solutions and a vision to confront these problems, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, The research proceeded according to this approach in a set of steps: represented in the general framework of the research, and the first axis represented in presenting the reality of university education in Egypt by presenting some of its problems, and the second axis represented in developing a set of proposed solutions and presenting a vision to confront these problems. Developing a proposed conception of the appropriate solution to face some of the problems of university education. This conception included a number of axes represented in the objectives of the proposed conception, the premises of the proposed conception, its requirements, and the mechanisms for activating these requirements.
