Abstract:
The study aimed at determining the level of application of knowledge management in technical secondary schools in terms of the total degree of application and each dimension and component of its dimensions and elements, the significance of the differences between technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial education schools in relation to the total degree of application and each dimension and component of its dimensions and elements, The main obstacles facing the application of technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial schools to the application of knowledge management from the point of view of teachers, and the knowledge of the proposals that assist in the development of technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial education schools Rh by knowledge from the point of view of teachers. The current study followed the descriptive approach in the field study, and was conducted on a sample of teachers (Male & female) of technical secondary schools in the province of Sharkia because it is one of the largest governorates in the population, where it occupies the third place among the governorates of the Republic and the first place among the governorates of the face of the sea, Orientalism requires study and research. To select the sample of the study, the schools of technical education were selected by the administration of East Educational, located in Zagazig, which is the headquarters of the governorate in Sharkia Governorate. The number of one school of each of the three schools under study was dropped by the East Educational Administration in a simple random sampling method. The Zagazig Industrial School was 5 years (394) and Zagazig School of Commerce (195), Zagazig Agricultural School (223), and using the Kargesi and Morgan equation to determine the size of the sample (261) with the number of teachers (Male & female). (127), teacher (Male & female) from Zagazig Industrial Secondary School (5 years), 63 teachers (Male & female) from Zagazig Commercial School, and 72 teachers (Male & female) from Zagazig Agricultural School. The study data were collected by using the questionnaire form in the personal interview of the teachers of the technical education schools. The sample of the study was in January and February 2018. Among the most important findings of the study, it was found that the majority of respondents in the three technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial schools studied the degree of their application to the dimensions of knowledge management was low in the three schools (73.2%), (60.3%) and (44.4%), The total degree of application of the methods included in the dimensions of knowledge management have significant differences at the level of 0.01 and were in favor of the School of Technical Education Trade, and the most important problems facing the school of technical education trade from the point of view of teachers in the forefront of lack of material and technological possibilities available to the application, To apply knowledge, lack of a The lack of cadres to apply the knowledge, the lack of technological knowledge, and the industrial technical education schools in the forefront of which there are no study buildings, technical obstacles , And material constraints.
