Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the role of Zagazig University in the development of human capital as well as the overall degree of human capital development from the point of view of the students of the practical and theoretical universities and to identify the degree of priority between the attitudes of students towards the development of human capital in the practical and theoretical kidneys, The current study was followed by a descriptive approach in the field study and was conducted on a sample of students of the fourth year of the faculty of computers and information and the faculty of education at Zagazig University. The two colleges were chosen through the division of faculties through scientific colleges and theoretical colleges. On the College of Computer and Information, and a college of theoretical colleges was selected in a random sampling method and the selection was made to the Faculty of Education. The fourth group was chosen due to the growth of their academic and cultural awareness due to the academic experience gained. The total number of male and female students in the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences reached 2331 students and students. The total number of male and female students at the Faculty of Education was 315 students. Using the Krejcie and Morgan equation to determine the size of the sample, it was 336 with 296 students from the Faculty of Education And 40 male and female students from the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences. They were randomly selected by random sampling method. The study data were collected by using the questionnaire form in the personal interview of the students of the computer, In April 2018 and used in the statistical analysis of these data are: percentages, arithmetic mean, frequency distribution tables, alpha coefficient Kronbach, The most important results of the study: It was found that most of the respondents fall in the low category in all dimensions of human capital and in both the theoretical and practical and the total, and after the work teams ranked first, while after working experience ranked last. The study recommended increasing the budget allocated for scientific research, marketing and investment of research results to serve the development process, and that the university administration open a special office to follow up the graduates so that it provides a database of graduates, the extent of their training needs, And to benefit from their performance and ideas when the university goes to make changes to its plans and programs, and that the university provides laboratories and workshops equipped with modern capabilities in order to transfer the experiences of scientific students.
