Abstract:
The study aimed at addressing the theoretical literature and frameworks of the concept of knowledge management, its objectives, its importance, its processes and models, identifying the degree of knowledge of teachers in technical secondary schools in the concept of knowledge management as well as determining the percentage of the gender gap, and identifying the degree of awareness of teachers and teachers in the distance of knowledge management in secondary education schools To determine the percentage of awareness gap between teachers and teachers in terms of the dimensions of knowledge management as well as the total degree in technical secondary education schools, try to arrive at a causal model showing the causal relationships of a series of I hope the impact on the degree of awareness of the dimensions of knowledge management, and to reach the most important proposals and recommendations to increase the awareness of teachers and the dimensions of knowledge to help technical secondary education institutions on the continuous development and modernization, The current study followed the descriptive approach in the field study and was conducted on a sample of teachers (male and female) of technical secondary schools in Sharkia governorate. To select the sample of the study, the largest educational administration was selected in the eastern region in terms of number of schools The technical education is the administration of Faqous education, where the number of (9) schools for technical secondary education, and has been the number of one school of each type of the three schools under study by the management of Faqous educational simple random sampling method was the school of Faqous secondary Secondary The total number of teachers reached 362, and the school of Faqous High School of Commerce. The total number of teachers reached (122), the school of Faqous Secondary Agricultural and the total number of teachers (313). Using the Krejcie and Morgan equation to determine the size of the sample, (259) teachers (male and female), distributed to the three schools (118), teachers (male and female) of the school of Faqous industrial secondary, and (40) teachers (male and female) of the school of technical education commercial Faqous, and 102 teachers (male and female) of the school, They are selected in a systematic random sampling method, and data have been collected The results of the study showed that the level of awareness of the teachers was high, while it was average in each of the following dimensions: (Awareness of methods of storage and retrieval of knowledge) , Awareness of methods of knowledge transfer, awareness of methods of application of knowledge, degree of awareness of the dimensions of knowledge management). It was also found that the level of awareness of teachers (male and female) is high for their knowledge of the concept of knowledge management. It also shows that the degree of knowledge of the concept of knowledge management for teachers falls In the medium category, for the variable of the total degree of awareness in the dimensions of knowledge management, four paths positively affect this variable, namely knowledge acquisition, knowledge generation, knowledge transfer, application of knowledge and a path that negatively affects the number of years of work in the educational process, The number of years of experience in the current degree, the level of computer use, knowledge of the concept of knowledge management, storage and retrieval of knowledge.
