دراسة مقارنة لتطبيق معايير الحوكمة لمركزين مختلفين في مستوي التنمية في ضوء المبادرة الرئاسية حياة كريمة بمحافظة الشرقية

The current study aimed to identify the level of applying of the terms and dimensions of governance, as well as the total degree of it for two different districts in the level of development in the sharqiya governorate, as well as to test the significance of the differences between the two districts of the study with regard to the application of each item of the items and dimensions of governance, as well as the total degree of it, To achieve these goals, the study was conducted in the countryside of Al Sharqiya governorate, where the governorate was divided into three levels of development: high, medium, and low level of development, and A districts high in the level of development was chosen from the four districts mentioned, Likewise A districts low in the level of development was chosen from the four districts mentioned randomly, so they were the districts of zagazig and Al Hussainiya, and a local unit from the districts of Zagazig (the number of local units has 9 units) was chosen randomly for the study sample, and it was the local unit in Shaybah Al Nakaria, Likewise, A local unit from Al Hussainiya districts (the number of local units has 10 units) was chosen randomly for the study sample, and it was the local unit in qahbouna, the sample size was determined by applying the equation (Kresji and Morgan), where the number of respondents reached (137) respondents from the employees of the two units. The data of the study was collected using a simple random sampling method by means of A questionnaire using A personal interview for employees working in rural local units, during the period from the beginning of March to the end of May 2022, In analyzing this data, the frequencies and percentages, the weighted arithmetic mean, and the Mann-Whitney test were used to test the differences between the two study districts, the most important results of the study were that the degree of applying the dimensions of governance was medium at the level of the total score of the districts with A rate of (71.5%), so it was at the level of Al Husseinia district medium with A rate of (58.6%) and at the level of the Zagazig district it was medium with A rate of (75%), It was also found that there were significant differences between the two districts of the study with regard to the degree of application of the participation dimension at the significant level (0.01), in favor of the Al Husseiniyah district, as well as the total degree of application of the dimensions of governance at the significant level (0.05), in favor of the Al Husseiniyah district, It was also found that there were significant differences between the two districts of the study with regard to the dimension of justice at the significant level (0.05), in favor of Al-Hussainiya district, It was also found that there were no significant differences between the two study districts with regard to the dimensions of transparency and accountability.
