The design of the malls has recently varied, due to differing social needs and increased requirements of employees. It has several compilation and recreational spaces beside shopping brings shopping and leisure together, and the trend towards the integration of outdoor recreational and assembly spaces has become the open aggregate space of spaces created within the mall has become an important space within it. So this paper aims to study some of the design foundations of open aggregate spaces within the commercial centers in Egypt according to social and recreational needs and to measure users' satisfaction with these spaces and shortcomings within these spaces by collecting data on new business centres from corporate websites, brochures, social media sites, visitors' comments and news articles, A questionnaire was conducted for four trading centres in Egypt and submitted to users s needs and satisfaction with each mall and the shortage of design, down to the extent to which Egypt's malls apply design foundations and meet social and recreational needs s economic efficiency ", and to conclude some of the design foundations that must be available to enhance the efficiency of the trade centre economically.
