The research paper aimed at estimating indicators of the economic performance of rabbit farms, measuring the impact of risks resulting from unexpected changes in the most important technical transactions or economic variables on indicators of economic efficiency, and determining the optimum and maximizing levels of profits in rabbit production farms according to the three production scales. The study relied on two data sources, published and unpublished secondary data, and field data for a deliberate sample of 135 farms in the Zagazig City. Rabbit production farms in the study area. The study reached the following most important results: (1) The third production capacity is more economically efficient than the first and second production capacities, as the net profit, whether for the farm, the mother, the successor, or the kilogram of live weight increases with the increase in the production capacity of the farms. (2) The productive size of the farm, which lowers the average total cost of rabbit production in the long run was about 13350 kg live weight with an average production cost estimated at 42.518 pounds/kg live weight, while the production volume that maximizes profit is estimated at 14925 kg live weight at an average cost Production estimated at 43.06 pounds / kg live weight.
