Abstract The main objective of the current research is to reveal the nature of the relationship between awareness of environmentally friendly household tools and appliances with its axes (environmentally friendly household appliances - environmentally friendly household appliances) and the green consumption of some family resources in its axes (financial resource - time and effort - residential facilities) among female heads of household. The data was completed through the application of (general data form, awareness questionnaire about environmentally friendly household appliances and appliances, green consumption of some family resources) on a deliberate sample of (260) female heads of households in Sharkia Governorate, and they are required to be those who use environmentally friendly tools and devices, and by following the approach Analytical descriptive, tabulating data and using appropriate statistical methods via Spss21 program. The research reached the following results: The vast majority of female heads of household have a high and medium awareness of environmentally friendly household appliances and tools, with rates reaching 41.9% and 40%, respectively. And that more than two-thirds of the heads of households in the research sample have an average level of green consumption of some family resources at a rate of 65%. It was also found that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the awareness of female heads of households about environmentally friendly household appliances and tools in its axes and the level of green consumption of some family resources in its axes at the level of significance of 0.001. And there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of awareness of female heads of household about environmentally friendly household appliances and tools in its two aspects, according to the research variables, in favor of working female heads of household, elderly women, high educational level, monthly income and less number of family members. It was also found that the axis of environmentally friendly household appliances is the axis of the most significant influence in explaining the variance in the level of green consumption of some family resources, and it was found that the education variable of the head of the family is the most significant independent variable in explaining the variance in the level of green consumption. The research recommends the adoption of the Ministry of Environment, Housing, and the Ministry of Information to publish the guidebook prepared to raise awareness of environmentally friendly household appliances and tools through their official pages, which maximizes the amount of benefit from it and promotes green consumption among all members of society, and that the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Education and Scientific Research studies the economic aspect To support environmentally friendly products and expand their use in different homes.
