Abstract:
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is characterized by polycystic ovarian follicle morphology, ovulatory dysfunction, hyperandrogenism and insulin resistance. Spexin has a role in satiety control, lipid and glucose metabolism. Metformin is an insulin sensitizing agent that has some hepato-protective functions
