The research aimed to identify the role of the organizational environment in civil organizations in reducing the problem of illiteracy in some villages of Assiut Governorate, according to the degree of relative contribution of each of the studied independent variables with significant correlation combined in explaining part of the total variance, the problem of illiteracy in some villages of Assiut Governorate, and the study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The sample of the study consisted of 249 illiterate respondents in the two study regons, who were chosen by the size of the civil associations in each regon. The selection fell on the Assiut regon as the largest regon in terms of civil associations, and the Al-Ghanayem regon as the least regon. Two villages were selected from each regon, and they were chosen in a simple random way using the ideal bag. It was collected during the period from the beginning of November until the end of December 2022, and the research data was analyzed by frequency and percentages, as well as using the Stephen Thompson equation, as well as using the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the method of correlation analysis and the multiple gradual ascending regression. Among the most important findings of the study There is a positive significant correlation at a significant level of 0.01 between eight independent variables - each separately - which are: the number of individuals family, income, improving the physical environment of the respondents, improving the educational habits of the respondents, organizing the educational process, improving social and behavioral habits, the total degree of the educational organizational environment in NGOs and the total degree of educational outputs as a dependent variable and a positive significant correlation was found at the level of significance 0.05 between the age and the degree College educational outcomes as a dependent variable. The results also show that there are two independent variables that collectively contributed significantly to explaining the total variance in the total score of the educational outcomes, as the value of the coefficient of determination for this relationship reached 0.834, and the calculated "F" value was 672.842, which is significant at the level of 0.01, and this means that these variables explain about 83.4 % of the total variance in the dependent variable, and the relative contribution of each of them can be determined in a row: the educational organizational environment in civil organizations, the contribution of this variable was (79.6%), the improvement of social and behavioral habits, and its contribution was (3.8%). All financial, moral and legal support to assist NGOs in providing cultural and educational services that raise the level of education and eradicate illiteracy within the local community. And setting up regulatory mechanisms at various levels to ensure the participation of civil society organizations in general and non-governmental organizations in particular in formulating national development plans and how to implement them.
