The study aimed to identify university youth follow-up to infographics on websites and provide them with health information about presidential health initiatives. The study was applied to a deliberate sample of 400 university youth from the universities of Zagazig and Ain Shams. The websites of the presidential health initiatives are permanent, and the most important websites they prefer are: Al-Watan followed by the seventh day, Al-Masry Al-Youm, the Ministry of Health and Population website, and the Presidency of the Republic website, Then came the reasons for the follow-up: to provide correct and documented information about the presidential health initiatives, followed by simplifying and clarifying the information about the presidential health initiatives, then presenting the topic in statistics, graphs and numbers, then having credibility in transmitting health information, then the websites are keen to present the presidential health initiatives in an attractive and interesting way. The infographic provides a brief presentation on the presidential health initiatives, the speed of obtaining information from the infographic, Early detection of breast cancer. There is a statistically significant relationship between the university youth’s follow-up of the infographic on the websites of the presidential health initiatives and the level of their information health
