Abstract:
The situation with this emerging primarily zo-onotic disease, now apparently occurring as anSTI, is highly concerning, deserving more re-search, to understand the multiple consequencesof this virus now affecting multiple continents,and with possible new routes of transmission,even during the COVID-19 pandemic that still isnot over Growing shreds of evidence for monkeypox to be a sexually transmitted infection.
