Abstract:
في هذه الدراسة ، تم استخدام نموذج Green و Lindsay المعدل لمناقشة تأثيرات التسخين الناجم عن امتصاص السطح لإشعاع الليزر في نصف مساحة حرارية ثنائية الأبعاد. يُؤخذ المظهر الزمني لليزر النبضي على أنه غير غاوسي والمكاني هو غاوسي. يعتبر السطح المتوسط ​​خالي من الجر. يتم استخدام طريقة التحويل المتكامل للحصول على الحل العام من خلال تطبيق التحولين هانكل ولابلاس ، في حيث يتم إجراء معكوس لابلاس عدديًا. تعتبر مادة السيليكون بمثابة مثال للتحقق من اتساق النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من النموذج الجديد.
