The present study aimed to shed light on the psychological disorders associated with children with autism spectrum disorders, to analysis the relationship between mental health and psychological disorders in children with autism spectrum disorders and how to deal with them. As well as identifying the factors affecting the mental health of children with autism spectrum disorders. The results of the study indicated that there is an overlap between the typical features and characteristics of autism and symptoms of psychological and behavioural problems. The study recommended the urgent need to pay attention to the mental health of children with autism spectrum disorders, as they are crucial indicators of safety or weak general health of children and have a positive impact on the quality of life of the child and the family, also, the need to identify the psychological disorders that face children with autism spectrum disorders to identify their psychological needs.
