That our time is a time of openness and changes, and a globalized cultural invasion, and children today live at a crossroads and under the influence of these changes; Therefore, it is necessary to revise the education system to match the impact it will have in a time of openness and globalization. To raise current and future generations on social responsibility to help them coexist positively with the current reality. Therefore, the current research aims to study the relationship between the educational role of the family in light of the challenges of cultural globalization as perceived by the children and their social responsibility. The research tools represented in the form of the initial data for the family, and the questionnaire of the educational role of the family in light of the challenges of cultural globalization were applied as children realize, its dimensions (constructive role, preventive role, therapeutic role), and a questionnaire about the social responsibility of children with its axes (responsibility towards oneself, responsibility towards the family, responsibility towards the homeland), This was done on a purposeful sample of 346 sons in the secondary stage, belonging to different social and economic levels. From some secondary schools in the villages and cities of Dakahlia Governorate. This research followed the descriptive analytical method, The data were classified and tabulated, and the appropriate statistical treatments were performed using the (Spss .) program,The results concluded that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the level of 0.01 between each of the educational role of the family in light of the challenges of cultural globalization as perceived by the children in its dimensions and total, and between social responsibility in its axes and the total, It was found that there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample in the educational role of the family in light of the challenges of cultural globalization with its dimensions (constructive, preventive, curative) and total according to gender and place of residence, While there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample in the educational role of the family in light of the challenges of cultural globalization in its dimensions and the total in the direction of working mothers, It was noted that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the research sample in the educational role of the family in light of the challenges of cultural globalization in its dimensions and the total in the direction of the smaller family size and in the direction of the higher education level of the parents, and the higher level of monthly income of the family, It was found that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample in social responsibility with its axes (towards the self, towards the family, towards the homeland) and the total in favor of females, and it was noted that there were no differences between the average of the research sample in social responsibility (towards the homeland) depending on the place of residence, However, there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample in social responsibility (towards the self, towards the family) and the total in favor of the rural residents. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample in the axes of social and total responsibility in favor of working mothers, It was found that there were no differences between the average of the research sample in social responsibility with its axes and the total according to the size of the family and there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the research sample in social responsibility (axes and total) in favor of the parents' higher education level, However, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the research sample in social responsibility (towards the family, towards the homeland) and the total depending on the level of the monthly income of the family, but there was a statistically significant discrepancy between the average scores of the research sample in social responsibility towards the self in the direction of the low monthly income level. The research recommended: the necessity of coordinating cooperation between the family and all institutions of socialization in order to produce generations capable of facing cultural globalization, and for educational institutions to prepare young people to realize cultural globalization and how to deal with it positively and to involve them in student activities because of its significant impact on their self-esteem and in the process of acquisition and the development of social responsibility.
