Many divorced women, after failing to marry, face many obstacles and difficulties in continuing their lives normally. Then they need to awaken and recover, by developing and strengthening their strengths represented in the ingredientals of change management to adapt to the developments of new life and rearrange papers; to achieve preventive goals to face future anxiety. Therefore, the current research aims to study the ingredientals of change management represented in the (personal, social, economic) ingredientals of a sample of newly divorced of housewives and its relationship to future anxiety represented by anxiety (feeling lonely, life disturbance for sons, society's view and family interference), Where the data was completed through the application of the research tools represented in (the initial data form for the research sample, the ingredientals of change management questionnaire, the future anxiety questionnaire) on a purposeful sample of (218) newly divorced of housewives from different economic and social levels from the rural and urban areas of Dakahlia governorates. Al-Sharqiya, among those who frequent the family court, are civil and charitable associations, and one of the conditions for selecting the sample was that no more than three years had passed since the divorce and that they had sons; To enable the two researchers to study the the ingredientals of change management, and their future anxiety from the beginning of their divorce; To determine their needs for change to address future anxiety. In this research, the descriptive analytical method was followed, and the data were classified, tabulated and analyzed, and the appropriate statistical treatments were performed using the (Spss) program, then the appropriate tests were performed. To reach the following most important results: The majority of divorced women in the research sample have low and medium levels of the total components of change management, and the total level of future anxiety for the sample was between high and medium, and the economic components occupied the first order of the ingredientals of change management, while the focus of concern about the life disturbance of the children came in the first order of the dimensions of future anxiety. It was found that there is an inverse correlation at the (0.01, 0.05) level between each of the the ingredientals of change management for divorced women in the research sample and the future concern with its dimensions. It was also found that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of divorced women in the total components of change management according to (place of residence, nature of housing, work of the divorced woman, age of the divorced woman, educational level of the divorced woman, level of monthly income of the family) in favor of urban dwellers and women with independent housing. , female workers, women in the young and middle age group, and those with educational level and high monthly income. While it was found that, there was no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the research sample in the total components of change management according to the size of the family. It was also noted that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of divorced women in the research sample in the total future anxiety according to (place of residence, work of the divorced woman, age of the divorced woman, educational level of the divorced woman, family size, level of monthly income of the family) in favor of urban residents, female workers, Women with a young age group, low and middle educational level, large families, and low monthly income. While it was found that, there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of divorced women in the research sample in future anxiety with its dimensions and the total depending on the nature of housing. Among the most important recommendations were: Urging the Ministry of Social Solidarity, by the authorities concerned with women's and children's rights, to establish more psychological, social and economic rehabilitation centers for divorced women in cities, villages and hamlets; To help them know their strengths and strengthen their weaknesses; To achieve effective change and positive adaptation, and not give in to any failure; For continuity and enjoyment of life and to eliminate the severity of their future anxiety.
