The Corona pandemic imposed a change in the normal lifestyle, and it created its endowment on the family-scale to assess the practices of the family capital specific to the normal family entity, which is directly reflected in the family environment; it thus prepares and stimulates housewives' administrative creativity on the personal and family levels. Which is one of the criteria attained in clever family affairs administration. Therefore, the current research aims to study the relationship between family capital practices during coexistence with the Corona pandemic from the perspective of female heads of household and their administrative creativity. Where the goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between the capital of the family's practices and their administrative creativity during the Corona pandemic. Where data was collected using research methods (provided by both researchers) and expressed in (the family's primary data form, the family capital practices questionnaire with its axes of capital practices) (human, social, psychological, economic), as well as the administrative creativity questionnaire with its four axes (sensitivity to problems, fluency, flexibility, susceptibility to change). This was performed on a purposefully selected sample of 338 housewives from various social and economic situations, from certain cities and villages in the governorates of Dakahlia and Sharkia. The wives had to meet certain criteria, including not being divorced, widowed, or deserted but having been married for more than ten years, and having children. The descriptive-analytical method was used in this study. The data was analyzed, and the appropriate statistical treatments were carried out using the (Spss) program, followed by the appropriate tests.
To get the most fruitful results, the vast majority of the research sample has a medium or low level of total family capital practices and administrative inventiveness, Human capital prapractices ranked highest among practices, while flexibility ranked first among administrative creativity axes. From the standpoint of housewives, there is a positive, statistically significant association between family capital practices (with its axis and total) from the perspective of the heads of households, the research sample during coexistence with the pandemic and their administrative creativity (with its axes, and the total) at the level of significance of 0.01, It was noted that There are no statistically significant differences in the average scores of housewives in overall household capital practices based on where they live. While there were statistically significant differences in their total administrative creativity in favour of urban residents. There are statistically significant differences in total practices and administrative inventiveness of the sample families based on (the family's work). the type of the family's work, the family size, the period of marriage, the educational level of the family, the level of the family's monthly income) in favour of families working. The government sector for families, Women with small families, in favour of those who have been married for 20 to 25 years, from 25 years and above, and women with a high educational level of housewives, housewives with a medium or high degree of education, as well as women with significant monthly salaries. It was found that social capital practices are the most significant axis in explaining the difference in administrative creativity of housewives in the research sample, in which 49.9 % participated. The following were the most important recommendations: Preparing training courses and counselling programs by women's authorities (such as the National Council for Women and family advice and counselling offices) by specialist academics through social networks and internet platforms (to facilitate attendance). Another way to improve family members' knowledge of their family capital and the sound practices that preserve it, as well as to enhance their degree of administrative creativity in all aspects of life, particularly in the field of managing family affairs, is through real attendance.
