Abstract:
The present study aimed at uncovering the relationship between social intelligence with its components, the self-concept of its components, and the educational achievement of its kind from the children of the elementary institutions, And the knowledge of the differences in social intelligence and self-concept and educational achievement, which is due to the age of time and the reason for deposit, and the sample of the study consisted of (30) children of male children deposited in housing establishments in Zagazig -, The study was based on the following tools: the test of non-verbal intelligence (Taha Almstakawi, 2000), The Social Intelligence Scale for Children (Abeer Kamal, 2015), The Self-Concept Scale for Children (Abeer Kamal, 2010) . The study was based on the descriptive method. To verify the validity of hypotheses, the following statistical methods were used: Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study: • There is a statistically significant correlation between the sub-grades and the total score of social intelligence and the degrees of sub-self concept and total score. • There is a statistically significant correlation between the sub-grades and the total score of social intelligence and scholastic achievement. • There is a positive correlational relation between the sub-grades and the overall degree of self-concept and achievement. • There are no differences in the social intelligence of the children of boarding institutions due to (age - and the reason for filing). • There are no differences in the concept of self-children of the institutions of accommodation due to (age-time and the reason for filing). • There are no differences in the educational attainment of children of boarding schools due to the (age of time - and the reason of filing).
