Abstract:
he modified application is based on a new model. The loss condition follows the negative binomial distribution system. The efficiency of the proposed model was calculated to determine the ways to improve the said loss system, and the obtained results show that our procedure can serve as a random approximation model with delayed feedback. This new topic can be applied in many fields such as biological, medical, life time experiments and some industrial projects to increase production as we depend in our system on, monitoring a lot of elements and these elements are achieved after random time delays. In this research, the conditions that improve the proposed loss system have been indicated.
