Abstract: |
The main objective of the research is to study the effectiveness of an indicative program to develop university youth awareness of social entrepreneurship in its dimensions (social vision, social innovation, social networks) and its obstacles as an entrance to a decent life and its relationship to personal ambition. A mentorship program has been planned, implemented and evaluated, and lessons are prepared according to the needs of university youth, to develop their awareness of social entrepreneurship and its obstacles, and to raise the level of their personal ambition. And measuring the rate of change in the level of response and cognitive awareness of university youth after the end of the application of the program by comparing the results of the application before and after the application,The tools were applied to the basic research sample (300) young men and women from university students, The experimental research sample was deliberately selected, which consisted of (20) young men / girls, and the extension program was applied at the Faculty of Specific Education - Zagazig University, In order to achieve the lowest quartile of applying the basic sample, the data was classified and tabulated and the statistical methods were used using the Spss21 program, and the research followed the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method, And One of the most important results was the existence of a statistically significant correlation at the significance level (0.05) between the level of university youth awareness of social entrepreneurship and its obstacles and the level of their personal ambition. It was also clear that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in the awareness of university youth, the experimental research sample, about social entrepreneurship and its obstacles as an entrance to a decent life and its relationship to personal ambition - in favor of the dimensional application. As the counseling program sessions affected the experimental research sample of university youth, which led to raising their level of awareness, Therefore, we recommend the inclusion of social entrepreneurship and positive psychology (personal ambition) in the school curricula while urging the work of indicative programs on the management of social entrepreneurship with an emphasis on publishing the indicative program and proposing development initiatives to activate the role of higher education institutions on the importance and necessity of localizing social entrepreneurship and including them in the media Through its various means, social networking sites and websites of Egyptian universities, as well as on the websites of the Ministries of Youth, Sports and Social Solidarity to popularize the idea and initiatives of social entrepreneurship and motivate young people to practice it.
