Abstract: |
In light of the ongoing and growing interest in issues of peoples with special needs and their serious and effective effects at all levels, and in order to feel happy as a major goal aspired to achieve by positive psychology, and to keep up with the experiences of developed countries in the use of modern technology in management, planning and comprehensive development by studying "priorities management" and working for their application. The aim of the study mainly was to study the level of mothers with special needs awareness with priorities management in its different axes and their relationship to their sense of happiness with various dimensions. The study was applied on (90) mothers with special needs , they were chosen in a purposeful psoriasis method from Al-Noor School for the Blind, the School of Intellectual Education and Al-Amal School for the Deaf in Zagazig, and they were chosen from various social, economic and educational levels from Sharkia Governorate. Data were arranged and classified using appropriate statistical methods with Spss21 program software. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the research sample in awareness of the mothers with special needs of priority management in its different axes and their sense of happiness in its various dimensions according to socio-economic variables (place of residence, mother's work, type of disabled child) The results were in favor of urban women, working mothers, and female, respectively. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between awareness of the mothers with special needs for priority management in its different axes and their sense of happiness in its various dimensions according to the socio-economic variables (Family size, type of disability, mother's age, mother's education, monthly income). The results were in favor of medium-sized families, visual disability, age averages, higher education level, high income level respectively. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between awareness of the mothers with special needs for priority management and their sense of happiness. In addition, the level of happiness feeling of mothers with special needs was affected by some independent variables (place of residence, mother's work, type of disabled child, size of family, type of disability, mother's age, mother's educational level, monthly income level). One of the most important recommendations was to guide the authors of the curricula to the inevitability of the development of education by restructuring it to cope with the modern global trends through the inclusion of practical materials, activities and applications, including the following three points: First: priorities management and instilling them into the curriculum from early in the education ladder to raise the minds of individuals in a new way and innovative based on the "first thinking" in all his life fields to enable him to the ability to achieve and development and creativity and thus his sense of success and happiness. The second is positive psychology subjects, the most important of which is "happiness" as the ultimate goal sought by individuals in different parts of the world and in all ages .This will only be achieved by helping individuals to realize their strengths and the implications of their lives to achieve a happy and harmonious life oriented obedient to God and compatible with the essence of human values and principles, and the third of them peoples with special needs "through the definition of that category and their rights and needs and how to deal with them and instill a positive and humane view for them and his family
