Abstract: |
The research aimed to raise the digital level of emerging speed swimmers for the age group (14-15 years) by identifying the effect of a proposed training program using (En-2, Sp-1, Sp-2) on the percentage of lactic acid concentration in the blood and the level of critical velocity anaerobic speed. The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (20) swimmers for the age group (14-15) years. The research tools: a Casio stopwatch model (3.w-stopwatch) that records to the nearest 1/100th of a second, a dynamometer to measure the strength of the muscles of the back and legs, a manometer to measure grip strength, a dry spirometer to measure vital capacity, Accu sport device for measuring lactic acid in the blood, Lactate Test Strips for measuring lactic acid in the blood, Oximetr for measuring the percentage of oxygen in the blood. Statistical treatments: arithmetic mean - standard deviation - median - skew coefficient - simple correlation coefficient - "t" test - percentage improvement %. The most important results: The increase in the concentration of lactic in the blood after the maximal effort is an important indicator of the improvement of the anaerobic capacity of the junior swimmers. Important for swimming speed, especially in sprints, anaerobic critical speed does not require a high percentage of hemoglobin saturation with oxygen. The most important recommendations: Conducting such a study on the three levels of endurance training "Maglisco" for the development of aerobic capacity (En-1), (En-2), (En-3) on the same age group in order to identify the percentages of contribution and impact of these levels in the level Digital and physical components, increasing the trainers’ interest in physiological measurements (lactic ratio in the blood, oxygen percentage in the blood, vital capacity, and others), the need to rely on measuring the concentration of lactic in the blood to assess the training status of swimmers, the need to use anaerobic critical speed as an important indicator for the regulation of programs Training for swimmers in general and speed swimmers in particular.
