The current research aims to develop a conceptual and deep theoretical framework for (IGs) intergenerational programs, by reviewing the full-fledged studies that dealt with this form of programs published between the year (2010-2020) and reviewing them in a systematic theoretical manner and clarifying their procedures in order to determine their effectiveness , The researcher aims to clarify this type of program in the Arab environment, and to present a proposed vision to support and enhance intergenerational communication in all fields in the Arab environment, with the aim of overcoming the negative psychological and behavioral effects of the "generational gap" on both generations. Analysis of (32) studies that met the criteria for selection and exclusion, relying on some international databases such as (ERIC - Sage - Cambridge - Google scholar - springer - El Sevier - J.Store - Proqust - Scopus), Among the results were the reliance of all studies on the experimental method, with the exception of some studies that depended on the descriptive and comparative methodology. The explanations of all studies were also confined to four theories, and the results of all studies showed that the intergenerational program has great effectiveness in improving some psychological and social aspects. Among the research recommendations is that more research should be conducted in the field of intergenerational program in the Arab environment.
