Abstract:	The purpose of the study was to identify the nature of the relationship between psychological combustion and functional satisfaction, as well as to study the possibility of predicting job satisfaction through the dimensions of psychological combustion. To achieve this objective, the study was conducted on a sample of 311 faculty members, The study was based on a set of tools including the general data form (researcher preparation), the job satisfaction measure for the faculty members' assistants )Prepared by: The researcher( , and the psychological measurement of maslash. The results of the study revealed a negative relationship Statistically significant at (0.01) between job satisfaction and burning psychological assistants university faculty members, as well as predictable reverse job satisfaction and remove him from some of the psychological dimensions of combustion are emotional exhaustion and sag feeling
