The research aimed to identify the organizational climate in the light of the prevailing organizational culture for workers in the sports field in Sharkia Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method, and the research community consists of workers in the sports field in Sharkia Governorate, and the number of the total research sample reached (132) individuals, represented by the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Sharqia and some sports clubs in the province (Al-Sharqiya Sports Club - Al-Rowad Club in the 10th of Ramadan City). , as well as some youth centers (Sadat Youth Center - Nasser Youth Center - Hahya Youth Center - Ibrahimiya Youth Center). The number of the basic research sample members reached (103) individuals, at a rate of (78%) of the research community, and (25) individuals were selected. By (24.3%) of the total research sample to conduct the exploratory study on them, and thus the basic research sample becomes (78) individuals with a percentage of (75.7%) of the total research sample. Among the research tools: the organizational climate questionnaire. The researcher used the following statistical methods: (arithmetic mean - standard deviation - Pearson correlation coefficient - Alpha Crow-Nbach coefficient - Ka2 test - percentage).
