The research aimed to develop a proposed vision for the re-engineering of administrative processes in the student welfare departments in the faculties of Zagazig University, by identifying the reality of re-engineering the administrative processes in the student welfare departments in the faculties of Zagazig University. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method, and the research sample was randomly selected from the research community, working in student care departments in the faculties of Zagazig University, at their various functional degrees, general manager - chief specialist - first degree - second degree - third degree of males and females. The total research sample members numbered (174) individuals, as the number of members of the exploratory research sample amounted to (24) individuals from the research community and outside the basic research sample, and the number of members of the basic research sample amounted to (150) individuals. Among the research tools: the personal interview - the official records of the Department of Personnel Affairs to count the number of workers in the student welfare departments in the faculties of Zagazig University - a questionnaire on the reality and re-engineering of administrative processes in the student welfare departments in the faculties of Zagazig University. The researcher used the following statistical methods: Arithmetic mean - standard deviation - Cronbach's alpha coefficient - Ka2 test - simple correlation coefficient - percentage. Among the most important results: the conclusions about the responses of the research sample members to the phrases of the axis of appropriateness of information systems to some extent. The Student Welfare Department at the college has technical human capabilities to fix malfunctions related to information systems. The Student Welfare Department has a strong and developed information structure that is linked to all departments and departments of the college, there are modern databases. The Student Welfare Department helps in decision-making. The Student Welfare Department at the college uses modern means of communication. There are alternative ways to accomplish the work in the Student Welfare Department in case of malfunctions. The work is accomplished in the Student Welfare Department through communication. Among the most important recommendations: that the senior management allow the application of modern and advanced administrative methods in student care departments in colleges, and that employees be trained on methods for improving the quality of performance.
