The science of jurisprudence is the science of this age, and the need for it is now more than before. As developments and facts abounded in the variables, absenteeism and doubts about the constants and determinants increased, tradition spread and chaos prevailed in the fatwa, and there was a lot of confusion and error in revealing the will of God Almighty in the statement of provisions, and all of this is true with its effectiveness in the science of jurisprudence. It is - as Sheikh Mustafa Abdel Razek said - the verse of the Arab genius, and it is more evidence of our thought and the originality of our research than Islamic philosophy; Because it is a wonderful pure Islamic product, but its reality today is different. It has become - in most studies - a lifeless archaeological science full of literal sayings and discussions, and many contemporary fundamentalist studies, and serious studies that are renewed a little rarely, have become, for this reason there have been calls to renew the science of jurisprudence, and there have been numerous seminars And the conferences devoted to that, and Al-Shatibi renewed his approach to [approvals], just as some of the jurisprudential schools had fundamental principles worthy of a warm welcome! But all of that is abandoned in most fundamentalist studies, and the scientific material is nothing more than summarizing or stretching, and theoretical insight into what was left behind by the past, may God have mercy on them.
