Abstract: |
In recent times, the increasing developments in communications and information (technology) have led to the emergence of (websites) for social communication, which have gained wide spread on a global level, but have expanded to include aspects of human life. From politics, economics, and others; This is because it is a facility for social communication, and these communication sites have become known as (new media), and an important tool for social change, and they have controlled the times of most users, until today any young person under the age of ten is a professional in dealing with those communication sites, which It has become accessible everywhere and at any time thanks to the Internet. Rather, individuals use them in homes or public places, and the effect of these sites on the customs and traditions inherited by common sense emerged, and left ideas that were not known before, some of these ideas spread ignorance and flaws in beliefs and rituals, which in turn indicates the link between the use of social networking sites. With the ethics of: knowledge-seekers, social media hunters, rumor mongers, fact falsifiers, spreaders of false gossip, imprecise information repeaters, and aggressors of others' privacy.
For that I checked on these social media sites; In order to address its use from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, and the extent of its impact on preserving the purposes of Sharia; It was imperative that there be moral controls and limits that push towards optimal use in this era that can be termed the (Internet age), so the research contributed - even a little - to clarifying the jurisprudence of the optimal treatment of social media sites - as one of the means of modern technology that is increasing the number of its users In recent times, clearly - and in enriching the Maqasid vision about the use of these sites, and then to what extent this interaction affects the necessary objectives of Islamic law; To show how much must be met in the ethics of communication, at the level of religion, soul, mind, presentation, and money.
The questions that the research was able to answer have led to two main questions, namely: What are the rules, ethics and jurisprudence governing the use of social media? How does it affect the purposes of Islamic law?
The importance of the research topic stems from several considerations: First, it deals with a topic of great societal importance. It is the concern for the ethical awareness necessary for the use of electronic communication sites, and the second: the novelty of the topic; So that there is a dearth of research and scientific studies that contribute to addressing the moral awareness of these communication sites, and the third of them is the importance of moral advocacy in all times, places and topics, especially such topics that are increasingly accepted by most people.
