One of the aims, and then I see this research - God willing - to contribute to defending religion, responding to the suspicions of misguided people, and standing on the basis of thinking to confront the problem of understanding texts, because the misunderstanding about God and His Messenger is the root of every innovation and delusion that arose in Islam. Every error is in the origins and branches, and no one has been accused as evidence of religion, except that the accused is the corrupt mind, who is safe in his mind and mind, so the scourge is from the weak mind, not in the same evidence. I claim in the research to demonstrate the harmony between faith and the requirements of time, and its effect on human thought, by means of the science of jurisprudence. That science, which represents the best approach invented by Islamic minds to deal with the texts of divine revelation, and it is an eternal approach. Because it derives its source and material from the texts of revelation, and from the language of the Qur’an, which is the matter that ensured its survival and guaranteed its purity. Therefore, it was described as: a science that shows the genius of creative minds that knew how to create the correct approach to realizing the goal, and for its legislative importance in interpreting legal and positivistic texts translated into the English language, and it is being taught today in Western universities.
