The research revolved around the orbit of commitment to answer questions needed in this era that I might call (the era of digital authority): Does number have authority? And will everything around us inevitably become digital? And has it become the digital mirror of this era? Is it possible to abandon these digital systems, or have they become an integral part of our living reality? Can (the number) cancel all the bonds of traditional communication? What is the Islamic Sharia’s view of digital power? Digitization has become a demand of the times, one of its human pillars, and it has entered all sectors of life. Hardly any house is devoid of its effects, but the farthest geographical areas have become the closest digitally! Its emergence was accompanied by the lack of awareness of many countries of its importance, so over nearly six decades of time a digital gap between the developed world and developing countries - including the Arab countries - has grown and this digital gap has cast a positive and negative shadow on all areas of life. The problem is that this digital divide is today the main reason for the (digital) backwardness that we live in our Arab world. Where the inability to achieve the desired development! The time has come for us - we Arabs - to realize the dangers that lie in wait for what we suffer from (digital backwardness). These dangers have been realized by many observers outside the Arab world, and they expressed it by saying: (There is a deep Arab slumber in this area) Then it seems clear that (number authority) is one of the most important features of this time. And head of knowledge economy at the launch, and accordingly research has changed a supreme goal, which is digital transformation and stability on the Islamic identity, and other sub-purposes, including: Keeping pace with the speed of digital developments related to people's lives and security, and their spread in the world, and strengthening the ability of Islamic jurisprudence to coexist and continue in the digital age and governance On his emerging issues, and clarifying the role of digital authority in caring for the sciences of Islamic law, and preserving the Islamic identity. The research emanated from these principles: an introductory study: it is concerned with a radical approach to digital power. As for the first chapter, it examines the limits of digital authority in man-made systems, and the second chapter: monitoring the legal mechanisms of digital authority.
