The aim of the research: is to study The interaction between the two patterns of participatory learning (between groups /within groups) with the flipped learning environment and the impact of their interaction with the (total/analytical) learning style for developing multimedia software production skills and achievement motivation for educational technology students, and to achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was relied on, The developmental approach, and the experimental approach, and a list of criteria for designing participatory learning was prepared according to the holistic and analytical learning method. The research tools consisted of a cognitive achievement test for multimedia software production skills, a product evaluation card to measure the performance aspect of multimedia software production skills, achievement motivation scale, and a product evaluation card to measure the performance aspect of multimedia software production skills. Applying the Filder-Silverman Learning Style Scale to divide students according to the holistic and analytical learning method. The research sample consisted of (40) students from the third-year students in the Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Specific Education, Benha University, they were divided into four groups, where each group consisted of (10) students. The research relied on a two-way experimental design (2×2). The results showed: that the pattern of sharing within groups is better than the pattern of sharing between groups. The interaction between the participatory style (within groups/between groups) and the learning style (holistic and analytical) has an effect in favor of a group (the in-group participant has an analytic learning style). skills for students, and interest in designing participatory learning that is compatible with modern technologies. The researchers suggested conducting more studies to employ flipped learning and participatory learning in different educational stages and taking into account individual differences between students.
