The current research aimed to design three patterns of educational support using infographics (brief - detailed - interactive) in a case-based learning environment, and studying their impact on developing problem-solving skills for students of computer teachers. The research sample consisted of (60) students in the fourth year of the Computer Teacher Department, Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University, and they were distributed into three experimental groups. The research included three experimental treatments, the first treatment used support using brief infographics, the second treatment used support using detailed infographic, and the third treatment used support using interactive infographic. The research tools consisted of an achievement test, an observation card, and a problem-solving test. The results showed that • There were no differences between the mean scores of the three experimental groups in the achievement test due to the effect of the type of support using infographic (brief, detailed, interactive) • There were differences between the mean scores of the three experimental groups in both the observation card; the problem-solving test, due to the effect of the type of support using infographic (brief, detailed, interactive) in favor of the interactive support pattern. The research recommended that interactive support should be used using infographics in a case-based learning environment if the intended learning outcome is the performance aspect and problem-solving skills.
