Abstract Background: Globalization and development of communication technologies resulted in ethical problems in health care settings as well. Therefore, in all areas of life, such as politics, education, and media, administrators make ethical decisions and behave ethically while resolving conflicts and enhance sense of trust among subordinates and interaction so seek feedback r. aims: define relationship among ethical leadership (E L) and nurses’ feedback-seeking behavior from supervisors and coworkers, leader-member exchange (LMX) and psychological empowerment, in addition, testing a new mediation model that examines LMX and psychological empowerment as the mediators in the relationships between E L and nurses’ feedback-seeking behavior from supervisors and coworkers. Design: A descriptive correlational study design was used. Sample: a stratified random sample of 384 nurses was chosen. Tools: A questionnaire sheet was used to collect data for this study that included six parts: Personal characteristics of the studied nurses, E L scale, Feedback seeking from supervisor scale, Feedback seeking. Results: Findings revealed that, E L was significantly and positively correlated to Feedback seeking from supervisors, Feedback seeking from coworkers, Leader-member exchange, and Psychological empowerment. Conclusion: The LMX, and psychological empowerment are mediated of relationship between E L and feedback seeking. Recommendations: Increase training program about E L and encouraging it. Integrating relationship building training into E L development programs and opportunities of nurse supervisors and develop E L.
