In the name of Allah the Merciful Research Summary “Praise to Allah and peace be upon his prophet Muhammad, his family and his fellowmen, Amen.” This is a research titled " The role of Islamic jurisprudence in achieving intellectual security". And the issue of intellectual security is one of the issues that have recently been given great attention, especially after what the nation has been subjected to in recent years from the events that resulted in the division of many Islamic countries. The fuel for this matter was sectarian strife, ignorant fanaticism, and all this was due to a defect in intellectual security. To demonstrate this matter, I held this research from an introductory requirement, two studies, and a conclusion, which included talking about defining intellectual security and Islamic jurisprudence, and protecting Islamic jurisprudence of the nation’s intellectual fundamentals by protecting its law, language, and appearance, then establishing jurisprudence on principles that make it resilient, able to develop, and fighting the jurisprudence of destructive ideas, Finally, the most important findings and recommendations.
