In the name of Allah the Merciful Research Summary “Praise to Allah and peace be upon his prophet Muhammad, his family and his fellowmen, Amen.” This is a research titled " Divorce by virtue of the judge due to husband and wife problems Comparative Islamic law study With reference to the Egyptian criminal law" The study aims to identify the conditions in which a judge rules for divorce because of the problem between the husband and his wife. To present these elements in terms of Islamic law and law, this study was held through an introductory requirement, three topics and a conclusion. The importance of this topic lies in its being a delicate topic from the point of view; Because the judge in it should be aware of the standard of harm, and even be aware of its images, which need to be informed of these standards, controls and images through Islamic jurisprudence, and from which these provisions were derived.
